Victoria O’Neil

Victoria is an experienced educator who is passionate about supporting children and families in our community. 

Victoria brings a wealth of educational expertise and a commitment to academic excellence to Learning Empowered. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Victoria earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a focus on Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Cincinnati, where she was recognized as a Cincinnatus Century Scholar.

Her professional career is highlighted by her experiences as an English Language Arts teacher across Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties from 2015 to 2019, during which she was recognized by the Florida Department of Education as a “High Impact Teacher”. 

Victoria has also been deeply involved in professional development, collaborating with the Poynter Institute and serving as an AVID site team member to implement school-wide success strategies.  

After several years of impactful work in the classroom, Victoria chose to take a step back from her teaching career to focus on health, wellness, and family. She remains a lifelong learner who enjoys spending her free time reading and traveling. 

With her background in curriculum development and her experience in technology integration, she offers a valuable perspective on modern educational needs and community growth.
